Why is this service unique?

Our Master Trainer, James Leong, has more than 17 years of professional, management training and facilitation experience. His career spans across auditing, financial control, financial planning, sales, management, consulting, coaching, entrepreneurship, training and facilitation. In his programmes, James works with international participants, senior management, students, teachers, uniformed personnel and professionals in both private and public sectors. This extensive experience enables him to understand people and organisational issues. James Leong is a member of International Association of Facilitators and works in alliance with professional facilitators through the Facilitators Network of Singapore. He is a trained practitioner of Ingrid Bens’ (best selling author of “Facilitating with Ease”) facilitation methodology and is also directly trained by Roger Schwarz, author of the highly acclaimed facilitation classic, “The Skilled Facilitator” and “The Skilled Facilitator Fieldbook”.
